We deliver anywhere in Morocco. Delivery costs MAD 35 incl. VAT in every city, and it is free from MAD 2,500 excl. VAT. You can also collect your order free of charge in Tangier, by appointment.
Where do we deliver?
Online orders are delivered anywhere in Morocco. At checkout, you choose your city from the official list of Moroccan communes (HCP, 2024 census).
Outside Morocco? International orders go through a quote (see International orders).
How much does delivery cost?

Home delivery costs MAD 35 incl. VAT, whatever your city in Morocco. The amount is shown at checkout.
Free delivery from MAD 2,500 excl. VAT
Delivery in Morocco is free when your cart subtotal reaches MAD 2,500 excl. VAT. Example: a cart of MAD 2,400 excl. VAT pays for delivery; a cart of MAD 2,500 excl. VAT or more is delivered free. Your cart shows how much is left to qualify.
Delivery time
Delivery time: 1 to 2 days, depending on your city.
If your order contains an item « on order », it ships in one go, as soon as everything is ready.
Free pickup in Tangier
Choose « Pickup in Tangier, by appointment » at checkout. Pickup is free, Monday to Saturday, 8:30–18:30. We call you to set the appointment; the address is given after the order.

Cash on delivery: you pay in cash on receipt, anywhere in Morocco, with no maximum amount.
Bank transfer: we prepare the order as soon as the transfer is received.
Payment by cheque is not accepted.
Card payment is not available at the moment.
Prices, currencies and VAT
Orders in Morocco are paid in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Prices in euros or dollars are shown for information; for international orders, the quote prevails.
Consumers see prices incl. VAT. Businesses with an approved business account see prices excl. VAT first; VAT is added to the order.
International orders
Outside Morocco, orders go through a quote: we give you the price, delivery (DHL) and conditions within 24 working hours. Payment is made by bank transfer once the quote is accepted. See How to order.
